Hiram's Reception:
Named after the first historic owner of this gracious manor, Hiram Corey, this magnificent reception room offers beautiful views of the Gazebo Gardens, parlor seating, marble flooring, a stately French oak bar originally housed in an Inn in the South of France in the 1800's, and a warm inviting fireplace.
Carlton Bassett Ballroom:
Named after the Salinas architect that designed this elegant mansion estate, this lovely ballroom is perfect for a variety of receptions, meetings, and events.
Versailles Parlor & Dining Room:
 As history states, in 1889, Rose Corey traveled to France and returned to Salinas to build her own Chateau Versailles. Now as Chateau Coralini, we have dressedthe Versailles parlors to return this manor to its original intent and celebrate thegrace and charm of a European mansion estate. Fine antiques, a hand painted baby grand piano from the 1800's, crystal chandeliers, and an ornate hand painted and gilded dining suite fit for a King and Queen.
Chateau Coralini Cellars:
Rustic speakeasy doors lead the way to a warm and inviting reception and dining area, complete with stone accent floors and walls, iron sconces, stone fireplace, and a hidden wine cellar alcove with historic wine barrels from days gone by. Perfect for intimate wine country dinners, wine tasting events, and receptions celebrating the historic past of this beautiful estate.
Cuisine de Coralini:
A beautiful European styled kitchen that welcomes guests to gather in this inviting environment. Perfect for chef demonstrations and cooking classes, and a caterer's dream in preparing culinary masterpieces for our discerning guests.
Gazebo Gardens:
Surrounded by towering trees, lush landscaping, and beautiful garden florals, this Victorian gazebo invites guests to enjoy the serene setting of the gardens. Overlook the angelic fountain courtyard, and celebrate special events amidst this romantic retreat environment.
